All giveaways are run by Road To Off Grid in partnership with a chosen sponsor or brand partner (the “Promoter”).
Giveaways are open to individuals aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated. Country restrictions, if any, will be clearly displayed on the giveaway page. Employees, family members, or anyone directly connected with the Promoter or its partners are not eligible to enter.
Entry is made by completing the online form provided at https://giveaway.roadtooffgrid.com. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Each person may only enter once and duplicate entries will be removed.
Entrants may choose to join the Road To Off Grid mailing list when submitting their entry. This is optional. Mailing list subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in emails or by contacting the Promoter directly.
Personal information provided for giveaway entry will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, notifying winners, and arranging prize delivery. It will not be shared with third parties except where required to deliver the prize or as permitted by law.
The prize for each giveaway will be described on the giveaway page. Prizes are provided by the sponsor and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
Entry into a giveaway does not guarantee a prize. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason (including technical issues or lost emails). The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance of any prize, except where required by law.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a giveaway at any time without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
